Position Summary: This position aims at managing digital platforms product, responsible for E-commerce function development, product management, and make sure DTC's platforms E-commerce activities sound and smooth without glitch. Be responsible for the E-commerce platform, communicating with operators and developing team to achieve E-commerce mission and goals. Be responsible for the E-commerce platform user experience, upgrade E-commerce features and operation tools, work closely with operation team to see to all functionalities and operation tools are up to speed and easy to operate. Design and optimize the value-added services of multiple platforms, improve the service quality through multiple platforms. Clear logic and sensitive to product, be good at figuring out problems and be able to solve the problems. Full of creativity, excellent event planning and value presentation ability. Great understanding of NBA and basketball in China with knowledge of fan psychology. Ability to understand complex ideas and problems in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to identify, communicate, and advocate for solutions at both high and granular levels. Strong ability to develop analysis, interpretation, and presentation with ability to understand and learn new systems quickly and maximize the potential of available tools. Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with a non-technical audience and deal effectively with senior management. Strong insight into automotive consumer behavior and purchase decision-making patterns. Strong ability on multi-departments and multi-parties' communication and collaboration.|Education:BA
