We are looking for a talented Electronic Engineering Associate to join our team at the Cummins Technical Center in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $33.00 -$37.00/hour.

The Advanced Dynamic Systems and Controls (ADSC) Lab is looking for someone with an innovating mindset to learn, support and help advance our electronic high speed ECM interface systems and drive improved robustness.
We are looking for an innovative contributor and team player... a self-starter. Willing to dig into difficult issues then work with lab resources & teammates to resolve problems and help our customers to be successful. Can you take a customer's vision then steer/translate/design that vision into a real product - software; embedded; tool; etc
The ADSC lab works on a multitude of advanced electronics hardware and software, so we are looking for skills in some or all of the following:
- Strong ability to learn with interest & ability to think outside-the-box and innovate
- Embedded software design
- Embedded circuit design
- LabVIEW, C, C++
- CAN communication troubleshooting
- Wiring schematics
- Hardware & software troubleshooting - lab bench; test cell; vehicles
- Learn, innovate, and support with off the shelf tools
- Support customers with new lab device design, creation, and configuration

Qualifications - External
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required with Department of Labor Certification OR
Associates degree from an accredited program in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
Relevant military education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
