As a Compensation and Benefits Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the compensation needs of the business through both analytical and consultant services. The incumbent will work closely with the Head of Rewards and with the People & Culture as well as Finance organization to analyse datasets and provide hands-on assistance related to all areas of total rewards.
Specific duties to include:
- Prepares data for compensation and benefits analyses
- Cleans reported data and checks the quality of data
- Provides support to HR Business Partners with data
- Advices other members of HR team on basic C&B topics – especially on share programs (e.g. ESPP, LTI)
- Cooperates with salary benchmarking external consulting companies
- Calculates the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives, share plans, etc)
- Analyses the compensation data against the compensation policies and reports non-compliant cases and behavior
- Learns C&B processes and practices to advance the career
