Your role:
You will be a key member of the IHS Markit’s Economics and Country Risk product development team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work in a team environment using Agile practices
- Develop frameworks and tools to process and analyze data for business analytics
- Utilize CI/CD in our development lifecycle
- Utilize Amazon Web Services in our products
- Collaborate closely with other developers, front-end designers, stakeholders and internal customers
- Assist in the migration from legacy systems
- Constantly learn to improve yourself and our products
About You
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience developing commercial applications with C# on .NET
- Experience with production systems using AWS (serveriess, compute and storage solutions)
- Unit testing and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, software design patterns
- Experience in maintaining and developing a system in production
- Bringing the projects to the next level of quality
Nice to have Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with UI development using Angular framework
- Experience with relational and document databases
- Docker
