  • Requeriments:

 

  • Engineering degree with a minimum of 8 years of O&G industry experience, being at least 5 years in contract management activities is desirable.
  • Desirable to have knowledge on Completions technologies used in pre-salt.
  • Desirable minimum of 3 years on R&D contract management under ANP R,D&I legislation. Large and complex projects management is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.

 

  • Responsabilities:

 

  • Manages R,D & I projects contractual execution, invoicing and closure under ANP rules to our customers. Responsible for maintaining PTR-Bs and delivering REF-PTR-Bs regularly in pre-established invoicing periods.
  • Identify with internal project teams needs and actively look for opportunities to increase reimbursement. Whenever a change in budget or contract duration is needed, liaise with internal management and customer to plan, negotiate and execute the Management of Change in the contract, including potential amendments
  • Receive from project managers demand for Materials and services acquisition. Evaluate compliance according to ANP regulations and, in case needed, clarify with customer the applicability of that given expense and document approvals to expense.
  • Report contractual status monthly with remaining budget vs spend forecast. Responsible to flag important discrepancies from plan to executed values.
  • Keep close track of all international purchase approvals and invoices, material and services delivered.
  • Actively monitor and communicate whether a material or expense is eligible to acquired internationally, keeping an active search on potential national similar material with Supply Chain Management team
  • Required to work form the office 3 days per week
  • Required to eventually engage on domestic and international travel.
  • Reviews and provide valuable input to PTR-A and REF-PTR-A.
  • Control project kick-off and closure activities.
