Product Expert/Whole Home/Outbound Sales Specialist

Wayfair's Specialized Sales Team is looking for an accomplished and sales-driven individual to join our Sales Team. You will be given warm leads and tasked to follow up with outbound calls/emails in order to close sales. The ideal candidate is focused on finding new business, delivering customer satisfaction on every call and growing Wayfair's revenue through your daily activities.The right candidate embraces change, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in continually improving their approach to sales. This position will report into local sales managers. Compensation includes a competitive base hourly wage, great benefits, paid time off, and a monthly bonus plan.

What You'll Do
  • You exceed all targets for revenue, contact/conversion rate, CSAT, and more
  • You create exceptional experiences for all customers by educating them on the features/benefits of Wayfair's products and services
  • You are energetic and seize the opportunity to call both inbound/outbound to drive revenue for Wayfair sales
  • You are someone who pushes themselves to do more, make more, be more with every interaction
  • You listen to customers, explore products in order to upsell/cross-sell and close sales
  • You can navigate multiple software/applications including Salesforce
  • You efficiently manage your time and always put the customer experience first
  • You believe relationships matter, are engaging and can leverage your personality to quickly connect with others
  • You play to win and are self-motivated
  • You solve problems by thinking critically and creatively
  • You think like a business owner and can inspire the confidence to buy

What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based selling environment such as B2B, Direct Sales, or Retail Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly organized and focused mind
  • A self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable learning/using multiple software applications and tools
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
