This role requires an energetic, creative and highly capable financial professional who can create and sustain financial expense models, engage with management as a strong business partner and a trusted financial advisor. The ideal candidate will create complex models that require subject matter expertise and the ability to understand company operations, objectives, strategies, in order to improve operations within the company and financial decisions. They will also provide financial and operational analysis to senior management and internal clients and participates in preparing the components of operating budgets.

Essential Functions
• Creates complex models that require subject matter expertise and the ability to understand company operations, objectives, strategies, in order to improve operations within the
company and financial decisions.
• Provides complex financial and operational analysis to senior management and internal clients.
• Participates in preparing the complex components of operating budgets (pricing assumptions, 3rd party agreements, issues involving legal entities, etc.). Must be able to point out
and correct errors, faulty assumptions. Likely to develop changes to approach, as needed.
• Provides solutions/ recommendations, strategies and actions to senior and executive management.

• Participates in the resolution of issues and process improvement opportunities. Likely to create presentations for

senior management.
• Quickly assesses and interprets financial reports for senior management and alerts them to significant as well as
subtle issues and trends. Develops solutions and alternatives.
• Reports on key metrics and provides recommendations to improve the division’s efficiency.
• Will assist in larger projects and/or assume responsibility for a portion of the project.
 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Consistently displays strong analytical skills that effectively interpret problems and provide compelling and
persuasive solutions
• Proficient in the use and development of financial models
• Strong interpersonal and inter-departmental skills
• Ability to identify key drivers of business results
• Performs financial evaluations on operations / products and develops/implements financial strategies covering a
wide range of issues affecting business unit decision, profits and financial strength. Determines possible
implications on various divisions/ departments and makes recommendations as needed.
• Reports on key metrics and provides recommendations to improve the division’s efficiency.
 

Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification
• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience conducting financial and/or business analysis, forecasting experience a must
