Within WWL, the Global Field & Partner Learning (GFPL) team leads cross-segment, role-based learning programs focused on increasing technical, industry, and professional capabilities, to measurably accelerate field and partner performance. Our team delivers learning programs to over 60,000 professionals across our field organization, and to over 1 million learners across our partner ecosystem. We lead the learning programs for sales, marketing, services, and customer support professionals.
We are currently looking for a senior executive ready to make a tremendous impact on the capability development of our Digital, Services, & Success (DSS) organization. The Sr. Director, Services Learning is responsible for the following primary objectives:
In partnership with DSS, create industry-leading learning strategy to drive the development of our Enterprise Services Professionals, Support Engineers, and supplier agents, over 40,000 learners.
Design, develop, and deliver the program for landing our technical, industry, and professional learning programs globally
Partner closely with our capability development teams to infuse Services insights and requirements into the learning program, and to create integrated, role-based learning experiences across all our learning programs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational management, leadership and communication skills and can work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment that demands flexibility, high quality, and creativity. Leadership experience working in consulting or system integration global organization is preferred. Cross-team collaboration is essential to ensure the greatest potential impact against our shared business objectives.
Team leadership: Manage & grow a talent & committed team while providing impactful career planning with employees
Strategy & program management: Develop, maintain and communicate the strategic vision & deliver a broad portfolio of role-based learning programs across multiple audiences
Lead with design thinking: Leverage design thinking to bring innovative new approaches to modernize our learning programs
Collaboration: Work across the DSS and WWL leadership teams to deliver maximum impact for DSS, aligning learning outcomes to business objectives
Experiment: Continuously pilot, test, and evaluate new programs to foster a culture of innovation and new learning
10+ years experience leading high performing teams
Puget Sound based
Master’s degree in relevant field
Experience in consulting and/or leading learning at scale for global organization
Ability to travel globally 10-20%
