Wayfair Workplace Services is responsible for the daily operations of Wayfair sites across the globe. As a Regional Site Lead in the Pittsfield office, you will ensure a safe, clean, warm, welcoming, and efficient environment for our employees, while promoting the Wayfair culture. You will manage people, vendors, and processes in a professional manager, and be responsible for the oversight of the facility as a whole.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the start up of the site prior to opening (where applicable)
  • Successfully liaise and maintain relationships with Landlord and/or Property Manager to ensure lease obligations are being upheld
  • Through proper channels, order, organize, and set up furniture, fixtures, and appliances for the office, while also coordinating and stocking food, office, and other supplies
  • Work with contractors, architects, project management, and space planners to help facilitate office moves and expansions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors as necessary for site maintenance; administer local contracts and maintenance agreements and bid/award contracts and services
  • Act as Safety Officer, ensuring that OSHA regulations and Wayfair policies are upheld at all times; ensure that all new hires receive Workplace Services and Safety orientation
  • Coordinate access badges for new hires and site employees while developing and ensuring adherence of site security protocols
  • Be accessible off-hours and prepared to respond professionally in a building or other emergency
  • Report regularly and professionally to management team and stakeholders across departments

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of three years in a similar role
  • Professional presence and excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal)
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience
  • Confidence and initiative, with an energetic and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to calmly juggle competing priorities
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions based on needs and budget concerns
