The Premier Field Engineering team (PFE) provides technical support for Microsoft。
Premier customers world-wide through onsite and remote support services. PFE is part of Enterprise Services and partners with Customer Service & Support to drive customer health and strengthen Microsoft technology adoption.
PFEs act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced proactive service and Business Productivity service. The candidate should have at least 5-8 years of experience with BP product, O365 Integration, O365 scenario design, SharePoint architect design.
Recommended Qualifications: -O365 integration experience, support customer design O365 strategy plan, O365 operation consulting -Exceptional customer service, overall communication and technical writing skills.
Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of a nationwide team of engineers. -Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments.
Ability to apply technology to improve existing products and systems at customers and for internal use. -Assist in developing strategies to gain additional Premier support accounts by contacting and establishing relationships with Technical Account Managers. ?Technical Requirements: - O365 operation knowledge and consulting experience -Solid experience/knowledge of SharePoint design
Solid understanding of the Microsoft Windows platform. -Ability to work in a team environment.
Technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level as well as convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals. -Ability to work with minimal supervision and operate as a self-contained business unit within the Premier Field Engineering team. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
