JOB SUMMARY
Spectrum Reach is seeking a hands-on Sr. Manager of Business Transformation to join our team. This role will report to the Director of Business Transformation, within our HR & Administration business unit.
In this role, the Sr. Manager will work cross-functionally within Spectrum Reach, focused on identifying and triaging projects that are needed to support Spectrum Reach’s short-, mid- and long-term goals and objectives. The role will help lead efforts focused on aligning our project portfolio to the evolving business initiatives and goals, which will enable effective communication in addition to timely and accelerated decision-making. This role will work closely with the various business units within Spectrum Reach, understanding the business needs, help to translate those needs into consumable projects, in alignment with our cross-functional initiatives and goals (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR). In addition, this role will aide in project intake, ensuring that we done our due diligence and have cross functional alignment on project scope, business needs and next steps.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In alignment with Spectrum Reach’s short-, mid- and long-term initiatives:
- Partner with cross-functional leadership teams, to build a centralized and holistic view of all active project work occurring throughout Spectrum Reach
- Identify, maintain and manage success metrics for each project, specific to the short, mid and long term initiatives
- Work cross-functionally to keep Spectrum Reach’s evolving initiatives aligned with our TMO project portfolio
- Analyze and assess each project’s value add to our short, mid and long term initiatives
- Provide project portfolio analysis and recommendations, driving accelerated decision-making
- Project collisions, dependencies, overlap, gaps
- Lead identification of project ownership and cross-functional impact that project will have on Spectrum Reach’s overall capacity
- Evaluate and reconcile conflicts and risk, helping to distinguish critical path forward for our large initiatives
- Help define timing, phasing of our largest initiatives
- Work in Smartsheet, Excel, PPT, Tableau and other tools to consolidate information and present information to all levels of Leadership
- Help foster a culture of creative thinking, accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring that the impact the transformation will have on Spectrum Reach employees and partners is anticipated and properly cared for
- Other duties, as requested
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in business / process transformation
- Effective communication across multiple levels of leadership
- Superb presentation skills (PPT)

- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Preferred – Business Analysis Certification
- Preferred – Change Management Certification
- Preferred – Smartsheets administration and/or other tooling/reporting expertise
EDUCATION
Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
5+ years of management consulting
5+ years of business and / or process transformation
5+ years of industry experience or knowledge
3+ years of technical project management experience

The pay for this position has a salary range of $100,600.00 to $196,400.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
