    Compelling opportunity in the corporate FP&A team that will impact how financial analysis is done at Waters for years to come. This role will report to the Senior Director of FP&A and will focus on developing and maintaining financial metrics and models that contribute to company success by providing relevant data and analysis to influence company decision-making and performance across the company’s operations.

    • Assist with driving corporate current year and long-range planning by helping define financial targets for the business using key assumptions while applying financial rigor to ensure the corporation meets its operating objectives
    • Support corporate functions as a business partner by effectively preparing and communicating relevant analysis of financial and operational results and focusing on key business drivers
    • Assist with clearly communicating a cohesive and concise story around corporate results, focusing on business drivers behind financial data and potential implications on future results.
    • Support financial benchmarking, including executive reporting of key performance indicators, and assisting in strategic program.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major company initiatives, provide value-added financial analysis and support of business reviews and decisions from the financial perspective, including but not limited to, operational efficiency, cost saving opportunities, capital expenditure decisions, vendor selection and negotiation, etc.
    • Support the Senior Director of Investor Relations with analysis needed for earnings calls, investor meetings, and presentations.


    • BS in Finance with MBA preferred
    • 10 - 12 Years of experience in corporate FP&A environment
    • Requires very strong financial analysis, communication, and interpersonal skills with an internal drive to solve problems.
    • Must be able to identify trends in large data sets
    • Must want to learn a complex business to understand both the industry and the competition.
