About Your Role:

As Child Developmental Home Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and stable home environment for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Ability to provide a safe and stable home environment, meeting the necessary standards for foster care placement
• Ability to complete and maintain training and licensing requirements as defined by the State of Arizona
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Satisfactory results of criminal background check, drug screen, and if requested a physical exam
• Must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification
