You will provide guidance and support to Associate profiles and other consultants for any specific technical services. You will drive quality by ensuring that standard service and project methodologies are followed in all cases. In addition to this, you will support the Global Services architects and Global Delivery in the refinement of existing services and processes. 

 Roles & Responsibilities: 

Drive customer engagement to achieve the financial goals of the company's products and services.
Stay current with Microsoft and Amazon Cloud technologies, including obtaining the necessary certifications for AWS.
Become a reference for guiding and delivering cloud solutions to customers that align with the business needs of the enterprise.
Perform assessments of customer environments.
Define customer digital transformation strategy.
Create service roadmaps.
