As part of the Data and AI domain, you will be responsible for working with some of Microsoft’s biggest customers, and to lead a team of Solution Architects, ensuring the delivery of high quality transformational solutions and business outcomes based on Modern Data estate.


The Architect Manager is part of the Global Domain practice leadership team, and through close collaboration with other key roles is responsible providing technical strategy and leadership, along with nurturing technical leaders in the organization.


As an Architect Manager on this team, you will focus on:

-  Acting in a player/coach role that leads and drives a team of Solution Architects

-  Targeting and managing Architect capacity to meet our goals

-  Providing architectural guidance for Data & AI solutions for cloud, on-premise and hybrid scenarios

- Providing delivery/architectural oversight on technical pre-sales

- Helping scale our harvested IP to our Modern App domain channels

- Providing Technology Leadership and Strategy including inputs into building new capabilities, technical readiness and offers based on emerging technologies and market trends

- Partnering and collaborating with the engineering groups


Be an Enterprise Services Role Model: Strong Leadership of the Domain Architects Community. Mentors and leads technical contributors and architects across the organization on Data and AI. Generates a diverse and inclusive workgroup environment, demonstrating and cross group collaboration

  • Domain CTO organization
  • Pursuit Lead (Enterprise Services)
  • Engineering and Research Teams
  • Field Sales teams
  • Services delivery Teams
  • Cross Domain/Domain  Solution Architect (Enterprise Services)

This is a huge opportunity for you to help build and lead a team that will be delivering AI powered Digital Transformation solutions to Microsoft’s top enterprise customers.  


  Key skills you'd want to have include:

  • Leadership Experience
  • Technical prowess and passion-especially for Data & AI technologies
  • Solid solution architecture and light development skills- you will need to be able to deliver deep technical content and at the same time bridge that technical knowledge with mature, business discussions
  • Be familiar with Cloud, Architectural design patterns, data management, agile methodologies
  • A can-do attitude that always puts the customer first.


This is an EMEA-based, Non-billable position, and may require some travel. The team is a great and fun team that enjoys challenges, collaboration and seeing our customers succeed.
