The Cosine Dev team is seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to provide top notch support for our Corporate Vice President. This position requires excellence in primary administrative functions, as well as the responsibility for executive-level interfaces, contact with customers, partners, as well as contact with all levels of Microsoft employees worldwide. 

The ideal candidate for this role will need to be able to navigate and change directions quickly within a fast-paced environment, stellar interpersonal and leadership skills, initiative, demonstrate good judgment, the ability to maintain high level confidentiality, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being detail oriented and having consistent and timely follow through will be essential to success.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of calendar with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader’s priorities and commitments.
• Planning and coordination of complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Timely and accurate reconciliation of expenses.
• Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Communications Manager on the rhythm of the business, All Hands meetings, and meeting logistics including location planning and support for LT offsites and events.
• Coordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events including All Hands, Morale Events, Team Training and Leadership Offsites.
• Assist with headcount management, org chart maintenance and distribution and security group ownership and management.
• Partnering with other Executive Admins on leading a team of 40+ Admins across our Cosine Trio.


• 5+ years’ work experience as an Executive Level Administrative Assistant
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism
• Desire to take on big challenges and the ability to see the big picture as well as the details
• Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests
• Strong attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong cross-team collaboration and organizational skills
• Consistently demonstrate a can-do and customer service attitude
• Collaborate on planning and support of all-up events including All Hands, morale events and other events as needed
• Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software
