Job Purpose (Job Summary):
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support for two senior sales executives within our U.S WMI organization: the National Sales Director, RIA and the Head of Retail Retirement. You will function as an ambassador of our WMI organization, interacting with both internal and external clients.


Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Reconcile expenses for both leaders and other team members
  • Perform heavy calendar management
  • Reserve conference rooms and collaborate with AV teams as needed
  • Oversee all travel bookings, reservations, and logistics
  • Update and enhance PowerPoint presentations and excel workbooks
  • Ensure all meeting documentation is prepared and distributed as appropriate
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for both leaders, and manage calendar with discretion
  • Edit and review memos and presentations
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up coverage as needed
  • Deliver a best-in-class experience to all stakeholders

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting an executive/executive and team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage through multiple concurrent tasks in an environment of rapidly changing priorities
  • Experience in financial services
  • Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate in clear language both verbally & in writing

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, equivalent work experience will be considered
