A cleaner, greener option Dishcraft Daily delivers measurable environmental benefits to operations using disposables and compostables.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with great hospitality and front-of-house service skills. This person will work onsite at customer locations to provide daily service of all cafes and micro kitchens, ensuring clean wares are stocked and dirty wares are prepared for transport. This position will report directly to the Director, Customer Success, Service & Support.

About the Role:

  • Customer Service and Client Relations: Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport.
  • Serves customers by stocking clean wares and providing friendly service
    • Restocks Front of House; silverware, plates, cups, bowls, and glassware/mugs
    • Keeps Front of House clean and organized
    • Busses tables, as needed, in dining room
  • Equipment operation
    • Utilizes Dishcraft’s proprietary Dish Drop counter and Carts to manage clean and dirty wares
    • Keeps equipment and facilities clean and in order on a daily basis
  • Resolves product and service problems as necessary, working closely with Support Team.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized dining room and service area
  • Check with customers routinely to ensure their overall satisfaction.

Schedule: Full-time position, Mon-Fri

Location: Downtown San Francisco

About You:

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience, especially in the food service industry, preferred
  • General culinary knowledge of basic kitchen practices, protocols and procedures
  • Ability to follow all health & safety standards
