As The Customer Support Operations Specialist - Named Account, you are responsible for ensuring that the unique needs of the Named Account are met from the Customer Support and Operational perspective, providing a uniquely exemplary customer experience. This position is on-site at one of our major client’s offices in Charlotte, NC.


  • Manage the unique day to day tactical support needs of a top-tier Named Account by handling support requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate internally across teams to ensure operational and support needs of Account are met in a timely manner
  • Work with Customer Support Operations team and other Named Account Specialists to ensure that the operational needs shared by Named Accounts are executed efficiently
  • Identify and act on opportunities to Drive Process Improvement
  • Manage additional Customer Support Operations work to support the needs of the broader Customer Support department such as flagging, resolving and communicating issues that may impact Checkr customers

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record of exemplary customer support
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role in Technical, Customer Support, or Account Management role
  • Recruiting or Consumer Reporting Background a plus!
  • A curious and highly analytical mindset with an aptitude for data-driven decision making
  • A drive to lead by example with a penchant for driving complex projects and initiatives
  • Self-awareness and a passion to innovate and improve the customer experience
