As AAA Smart Home is revolutionizing the approach to home security and automation, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, E-Commerce to join our growing team in our journey.

You will oversee the brand digital experience with a primary focus on the website. You  will develop an e-commerce friendly site for customers so they can learn about our brand, our products, purchase them, leave reviews and refer their friends. You’ll lead the charge on upselling and cross-selling products and you’ll be the user experience champion, knowing what matters most to customers and working to remove unnecessary friction and improve conversion all towards increasing conversion rates of the website while portraying our brand and product offerings.

Job Description Essential Functions:

  • Website development and Optimization: Develop a robust e-commerce website that effectively communicates brand and product offerings, converts traffic to leads and sales and is SEO optimized
  • Product and Merchandising: Set the e-commerce product and merchandising strategy: own the customer journey, prioritize features, build consensus within the team and co-ordinate delivery to produce high-quality digital experiences
  • User Experience: Understand customer desires, develop empathy to provide solutions to meet and exceed needs. Lead bringing these solutions in a visually impactful manner to life in digital platforms
  • Roadmap and Customer Journey: Map customer journeys to improve experience. Own new feature development from concept to launch. Develop and maintain a roadmap for continuous improvement
  • X-functional Collaboration:  Work closely with digital marketing team to drive e-commerce performance. Collaborate with product marketing to suggest thorough product specs and enhancements
  • Expert Voice: Keep up to date with latest e-commerce, web/marketing and product technology. Advise wider team on areas of technology from operations to marketing tools 
  • Performance and data analytics: Set KPIs, analyze and work to optimize performance in collaboration with the digital team. Report on weekly, quarterly and annual basis on areas including: site performance, AOV, LTV and NPS
  • Financial Management: Together with the digital marketing team own e-commerce P&L, specifically be accountable for conversion and cost per conversion on site. Manage budget
  • Manage Partners:  Day to day contact with the web development agency.

What you’ve done:

  • 5+ years working in product management with 3+ years experience working on e-commerce
  • Experience at an e-commerce company, a strong asset
  • Experience and good understanding of U/X, A/B Testing, Google Analytics and other website tools and SEO
  • Experience in site customization
  • E-commerce driven website development and management experience
  • Proven ability to understand data optimization
  • Experience with agile project management
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and developers to create and deliver solutions that scale
  • Proven ability to prioritize features, understand trade-offs and make decisions
  • Proven experience in understanding customer behavior and driving transactions on ecommerce platforms.
