We're seeking someone to join our team as a Senior Product Owner for our Employee Client Relationship Management (CRM) product to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that enhance employee, manager, and Business Leaders experiences with Human Resources.
 
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed.  
 
This is a Vice President level position within the CRM team name. Our Employee CRM product leverages Customer Relationship Management principles to treat employees as valued customers, ensuring every interaction is managed seamlessly. By utilizing data-driven insights, our solution enhances employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity through consistent and streamlined communication.

What you’ll do in the role: 
 
• Product Roadmap Development: Execute analysis and synthesize outputs to support the product team in designing and prioritizing new functionality and features aligned to HCM strategy and end user needs
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global stakeholders across all levels of the organization to capture use cases as an input for UX design and user stories, including creating user journey maps and process flows to illustrate the impact of end-to-end experiences across applications and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and translate data requirements supporting the consumption and production of data
• User Stories: Transform use cases, business requirements and acceptance criteria into clear and actionable user stories for agile development
• Testing: Partner with QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams and actively participate in UAT activities ensuring new features and enhancements meet business requirements and are ready for deployment
• Go to Market strategies: Participate in go to market strategies, including supporting the administration and documentation of product development and release schedules, writing release notes, helping to maintain user guides and providing end user hyper care
• Production Monitoring: Review production performance, platform metrics and provide on-going end user support
What you’ll bring to the role: 
 
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience working on a complex enterprise-wide system would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
• Experience with any of the following considered a differentiator: CRM or service management platforms
• Proven track record working within agile development practices and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills, ideally leveraging business process and data analysis to make informed product decisions
• Effective communication skills, able to distill complex concepts into artifacts detailed enough to meet the needs of end users but can be easily interpreted by non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in Human Capital Management / Human Resources and/or Financial Services desirable
