- Maintain Expert Knowledge: Develop an advanced understanding of Microsoft service and solution offerings to meet specific program requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sellers, Solution Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and backend teams to ensure the successful completion of each program.
- Empower Collaborators: Provide all collaborators with the knowledge required for the seamless execution of programs.
- Liaise with Partners: Act as a liaison with partner channel/sales teams to promote SoftwareOne within the Microsoft organization.
- Lead Teams Indirectly: Guide teams involved in operational or program support to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate Updates: Regularly update partners on initiatives, keeping them highly visible within the SoftwareOne organization.
- Support SoftwareOne: Act as a SoftwareOne supporter for Microsoft, keeping them updated on our central initiatives and vision.
- Lead New Programs: Take charge of internally managing and launching new programs, coordinating all workstreams that pertain to publisher motions and our Go-to-Market methodology.
- Design Sales Programs: Develop and implement sales programs and strategies to support our services and solutions, meeting organizational business objectives.
- Sell Solutions: Directly sell a portfolio of our and third-party solutions to end-user organizations.
- Coordinate Efforts: Plan, direct, and coordinate sales, buying, and merchandising efforts to accomplish business objectives.
