Using a wide range of modalities, we create and deliver sales-specific training courses. Defining competency needs and shaping training on everything from sales skills to job-specific tools and Dell products, we work with other functions to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right people.
Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for operational excellence in developing and delivering the Sales Learning and Enablement initiatives that support Our Channel Sales Team. Manages these programs within planned constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project. Ensures the successful completion of program deliverables/milestones.
  • In tandem with the Field Sales Enablement Business Partner generates a POV and recommended sales enablement plan-of-action based on data-driven, business-relevant insights. Engages with functional and cross-functional teams to gain alignment on program goals, responsibilities, and deliverable. 
  • Leverages best-practice program management processes, disciplines, and tools to deliver initiatives on-time, on-spec, on-budget, and with targeted results. Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications. Ensures governance, business rules, and operational rigor are established and maintained for all programs.
  • Allocates work across stakeholders and conducts periodic reviews/communications to ensure program is on track. Ensures all program documentation is kept up-to-date and provides status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Trusted by stakeholders across Sales and L&E for everyday consistency and dependability. Holds themselves and others to a high-bar for quality in words and actions. Looks for business process, quality, and communication improvement opportunities in all tasks and situations
