    About The Job Role

    Gainsight is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial minded Product Operations Associate. As a core member of the Product Operations team, the ideal candidate will serve an important function to manage projects, processes, and functions that allow autonomous teams to interact cohesively and effectively as a single Product Management organization. By providing a common set of practices and metrics, product owners will be empowered to be fast and agile without spending time focused on operational tasks. This function will serve Gainsight by ensuring strong product enablement internally and externally.

    What You’ll Do Here

    • Provide operational support and execution for customer beta programs including, customer communications, recruitment, enrollment, enablement and facilitating cross-functional collaboration on beta planning and execution.

    • Ensure that beta programs are consistently defined and executed in accordance with departmental guidelines.

    • Provide weekly beta status updates to the Product and Engineering leadership team, highlighting escalations and risks that require attention.

    • Coordinate Virtual Customer Advisory Meetings which connect Product Managers with selected customers to gain important product and market insights.

    • Assist with organizing regular collaboration sessions between product, design, technical communications and engineering teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment and execution.

    • Collaborate with the Gainsight Community team to ensure consistent engagement between PMs and community users, administer beta groups, and ensure the health of the product ideation program.

    • To provide PX access to requesters on a daily basis

    • Maintain and sustain CODA for Product on a daily basis 

    • Ensure that product ideas submitted via Productboard are assigned to the appropriate PM resources for review

    • Define the agenda and organize presenters for Weekly PM Working Sessions and collaboration meetings

    What We Are Looking For

    • BA/BS Degree

    • Minimum 6-10 years relevant work experience

    • Experience with project management and project execution with a focus on quality and deadline awareness

    • Experience working with software product management and/or development teams, and comfortable with the technology and business space

    • Experience in a fast-paced organisation, where individuals at all levels are self-motivated to make rapid progress, and independently adapt their work to the needs of the day
