Role Overview

The Inside Channel Sales Manager (ICSM), along with our team, are responsible for the Secureworks’ relationship with the Dell Security Specialist teams. The core goal of the ICSM is to achieve revenue targets through Dell for our joint security offerings, “SafeGuard”.  A successful ICSM will have proven experience in sales and pipeline development and will be a highly motivated teammate.  We are searching for an ICSM to sit within the Dell call centers and support specific Dell Security sellers and their geographies.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Management: Develop strategic relationships within Dell Security teams and their leadership to help drive commitment to Secureworks solutions and meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Pipeline Management:  Build sales pipeline alongside Dell Security sellers to achieve revenue targets, effectively forecast and communicate results.
  • Partner Enablement: Regular cadence of training and enablement via 1x1 interaction with the reps and in team meeting settings and sponsored training sessions to ensure Dell Security sellers have active support needed from Secureworks to be successful.
Requirements
  • Solution Selling: Strong experience in communicating value proposition in terms of Dell Technologies’ benefits and customers’ business needs.  Demonstrated ability to uncover and identify customer solution needs.
  • Partner and/or Direct Sales: 3-5+ years of experience in channel or direct technology sales.
  • Result-driven: Highly motivated and driven self-starter with strong business ethics. Consistent track record of achieving business objectives in a highly competitive partner/channel environment.  Meeting or exceeding revenue goals and working in complex and dynamic environment.
  • Teamwork: Strong ability to build and use relationships with partners, sellers and marketing teams. Ability to engage, excite, influence, and coordinate both partner resources and direct/indirect Secureworks resources.
