Work you’ll do
As an HR Strategy & Excellence Senior Manager, you will use your knowledge of and experience with HR strategy, capability, and service delivery to optimize business results and customer experience by:
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate
- Leading your team to deliver superior results for your client
- Managing all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
- Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong HR Strategy/Capability knowledge you possess
- Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development

- 8+ years' related experience
- Consulting experience required
- Superior knowledge of the HR function & processes
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Customer Experience, Talent Acquisition strategy, Learning and development strategy, Total Rewards/Compensation operating model and integration points with Benefits, Pension, etc., HR Business Partner Design, CoE Strategy and Design.
- Lead the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
- Experience leading requirements gathering workshops, running labs, or facilitating meetings
- Experience leading the vendor selection process(client and supplier sides) including RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating products and services
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Experience with and desire to mentor junior staff
- Up to 80% travel required.
- 10-12 years of related experience (Big 4 Consulting preferred)
- External consulting experience with a big consulting firm.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes, with experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Employee Experience, HR Operating Models, HR Mergers & Acquisition (M&A;), HR Outsourcing Advisory, and HR Technology
- Experience carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading business development pursuits’ end-to-end.
- Experience leading current/future state road mapping, requirements gathering workshops, running labs, and/or facilitating meetings
- Experience leading vendor selection including RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating products and services
- Completed Bachelors’ degree
- Ability to travel 80 of the time (Monday – Thursday)
