Summary:


In this role, you will be responsible for working with business unit portfolio executives, Senior Leadership, and special programs, to provide data support and insights to assist in stakeholder growth and compliance for the 340B & Prime Vendor programs.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist portfolio executives in preparing and reviewing market segment reports and business reviews.

  • Review and prepare supplier price change files to be loaded into our catalog system.

  • Review and prepare administrative fee report files to be loaded into our accounting system.

  • Facilitate and manage data services projects for various stakeholders.

  • Conduct continual data integrity checks ensuring vendor data is accurate and complete.

  • Prepare financial analysis for business unit review.

  • Influence decisions through advice and counsel to management and others.

  • Present recommendation to management and provides intelligence that can be used to make decisions.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry required.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required.

  • Must have experience in MS Office suite.

  • Experience in MS Access with knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio or similar tools is a plus.

  • Knowledge of 340B Drug Pricing Program and operations based pharmaceutical distribution preferred.

  • Experience leading account-based relationships, government contracting and compliant initiatives desired.

  • Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead/manage cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives while managing day-to-day priorities skills needed.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
