Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with productivity tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently and business proficiency in English to communicate with non-Japanese speaking internal stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Cloud Certifications (e.g., Google Cloud, etc.).
- Experience developing demo environments using Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of software development methods (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD).
- Ability and passion to quickly learn Google Cloud basics and cloud technologies.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.
The Accelerator and New Business (ANB) team is working with digital native and new customers, including startups. There are several developer relations programs to support developers to start with Google Cloud through providing technical onboarding sessions (e.g., classroom style, direct sessions, managing tech Q&As, networking, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Create Google Cloud product introduction slides (e.g., Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine) after studying Google Cloud basics.
- Develop material and/or test the material before sessions.
- Manage tech Q&A from developers through Google Chat.
