About you
You are a customer-focused B2B marketing leader. You work cross-functionally, serving as a bridge between customer success, product, and the broader marketing org. You are a strategic thinker, leveraging customer insights to build personalized communications and influence the product roadmap to improve Admin/Org engagement and retention. You are a leader and mentor to your direct reports, providing guidance and coaching to help them grow and succeed.
About this role
You will be responsible for managing the customer lifecycle of the Udemy Business organizational buyer. Learner engagement is directly impacted by the engagement of our organizational buyers (admins). You will develop comprehensive, customer-first strategies that drive product adoption and ongoing engagement of our B2B customers. You will inspire a team, own business goals, and collaborate across Customer Success, product, and within marketing to execute cross-channel CRM strategies that improve learner engagement (through admins) and retention.
What you'll be doing
- Coach and manage a small team of B2B marketers to deliver against engagement goals, improving retention and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders, including marketing, customer success, and product to ensure alignment for initiatives that touch the org buyer experience.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to increase product adoption, seat assignments, and ultimately, learner engagement.
- Define, track, and measure KPIs, leverage data insights & trends to optimize marketing programs that deliver upon overall company goals.
- Partner with the Demand Gen team to develop content that provides value to our customers.
What you’ll have
- You have 10+ years experience in B2B lifecycle or customer marketing, with 4+ years managing high performing teams.
- You are results-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing successful B2B retention marketing programs.
- You have strong analytical skills; able to create strategies based on data and customer insights.
- You are highly motivated, capable of working independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships and drive consensus on initiatives
- You have a passion for the customer experience. You develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and needs and work to drive improvements across all business teams that touch the org buyer.
- You have familiarity with CRM technology including Marketing Automation platforms and CRM tools.
