Role Overview:

As a Product Manager on the Growth team, you will lead a cross-functional team focused on discovering and capturing opportunities to reduce churn and increase retention of existing members. You will help create delightful cancellation and off-boarding experiences that will encourage members to reconsider ending their journey, and should they decide to churn then encourage them to rejoin and/or promote WW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps and impact against your team’s mission
  • Partner within leadership and cross-functional teams to align on business priorities and strategies
  • Lead and inspire a team of experienced engineers, designers, QA testers, scrum master, analyst and researcher
  • Create and review user stories, product requirements, and communicate them effectively
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and market insights into product requirements, roadmaps and strategies
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
  • Coordinate with other product managers and designers to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience


  • 5+ years of product management experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate opportunities with internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience using data (A/B experimentation, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics) to inform product and business decisions
  • Experience with subscriptions, e-commerce or similar products
