What you will do

• Develop and implement Stryker Saudi's asset management strategy to enhance customer experience, optimize inventory costs, and improve working capital efficiency.

• Drive inventory management initiatives, focusing on Return-on-Investment (ROI) for consignment business and optimizing free stock processes.

• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to identify and leverage opportunities across all operational areas.

• Conduct detailed reviews of operational processes, procedures, methods, and tools to ensure alignment with performance objectives in asset management.

• Collaborate with finance teams to forecast key financial metrics, ensure accurate financial reporting for inventory, and maintain transparency in asset-related balance sheet entries.

• Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA, and quality policies by implementing robust procedures, work instructions, and training programs.

• Partner with sales teams, product managers, and customers to manage inventory levels, handle product returns, and address traceability and regulatory issues.

• Monitor consignment ROI, optimize inventory placement, and address nonperforming consignment investments by analyzing inventory performance and coordinating with warehouse and Kitroom teams for rotation and decommissioning.

What you need

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory management or inventory control.

• Demonstrated experience working with reports and data analysis.

• Strong proficiency in Excel.

Preferred:

• Educational background in supply chain, economics or finance.

• Prior experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
