ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述
As HTL technique expert, play the internal solution provider role on manufacturing issue. And provide support for global development program.
Lead the sampling development and own the metric to meet customer’s expectation, in term of quality and speed.
To lead the Process engineering team to drive process improvement & material improvement
Lead internal QC team to maintain HTL process/quality control system.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:
• Lead PE team's daily work like BOM/SOP maintenance, process training, FOD monitoring, CCR investigation, IPQC process audit, incoming material control etc.
• Work with global organization like Platform/Innovation/Global quality on any global projects/activities;
• Own the local roll out/implementation of any global product launch, technical spec change or QA system establish;
• Assign talents to provide technical support on production problem solving; Initiate Kaizen/project to identify and improve the process and quality;
• Design sampling control process and checkpoints to perfect sampling quality;
• Coordinate Internal/External ISO standard audit and Oeko-Tex annual renewal activities.
• lead Sampling Team (by individual product lines) to ensure company targets are achieved, in terms of cycle time, quality, productivity and cost
• Drive ELS implementation in the Team for processes improvement
• People development and succession planning
• Lead internal QC team to maintain HTL process/quality control system
• regular review on SOP and make sure process compliance.
• internal technical knowledge builder through documentation.
Qualifications
•Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or printing related field prefered;
•At least three year of engineering work experience on leader role (Screen printing industry is preferred);
•Good knowledge command of end to end manufacturing process, product construction design and application;
•Solid project management experience, familiar with Lean concept and Sigma tools;
•Ability to work out product costing based on manufacturing process and analyze CM impact;
•Strong hands-on ownership, proven leadership and team management skill;
•Efficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; Command English and Cantonese as working language;
