Our Asset Servicing Team operates within the Institutional Clients Group. The team is responsible to provide high-level and tailor made service for clients in the field of corporate action events, tax refunds, and the timely and accurate posting of interest and dividends to customers' accounts.
In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:
- serve local and foreign customers of Markets and Securities Service Operations in the area of Asset Servicing
- arrange the credit of coupon, redemption and dividend payments
- process corporate action events, vote on behalf of clients on General Meetings
- assist in tax reclamation matters
- administrate and carry out securities and cash account opening requests
- execute client instructions in various operational banking systems
- communicate with local and foreign market participants in order to successfully execute securities transactions and related services
- participate in project, product and system developments
- assist in preparing and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly statistics on the group’s performance
Ideal background:
- bachelor’s degree in finance or economics or equivalent experience in financial sector
- recent graduates are welcome
- excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
- advantages:
- internship experience in banking or finance
- understanding of local capital market, securities market infrastructure and settlement process (at Custodians, brokerages)
- previous work experience with banking systems
