DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Manages a small team of entry level IT employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides leadership to an IT team with a defined set of deliverables, goals, and objectives. Responsible for team financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting. Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development. Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status, etc. Accountable for Six Sigma training, usage and goal attainment for the team. Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security. Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the Team. Engagement with customers in their respective function or business area. Governance/Leadership for all program/projects executed or supported by their teams. Maintain strong relationships to deliver business value using relevant Business Relationship Management practices.

Release Planning - Plans and manages the release of capabilities, features or products using inputs from the prioritized roadmap, planning, available resources and skills to communicate expected availability and releases of capability.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
  • At least 8+ years of industry experience and 5+ years as a Solution Lead or Junior Architect,
  • Collaborate with programmer analysts, architects, end to end designers, business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements.
  • Analyze requirements and architecture vision, to propose Salesforce and/or design solutions as required.
  • Ensure all assumptions, dependencies and design considerations are documented, reviewed, and approved by the Central Design Authority.
  • specializing in designing Salesforce digital platforms.
  • Ongoing project involvement in crafting digital platforms utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, CPQ and Experience Cloud, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of Salesforce Core.
  • Demonstrated capacity to motivate both our development teams and stakeholders.
  • Authentic enthusiasm for Salesforce technology, understanding its potential benefits for both customers and end users.
  • Willingness to pitch in to existing customers and accounts, understand the challenges and provide solutions for a win-win situation.
  • A collaborative mindset, prioritizing teamwork and celebrating shared successes.
