We are looking for a senior team member to own portfolio and product operations within Marketing Cloud. This person will work with the Marketing Cloud GM and COO to develop a near and long term portfolio strategy across all Marketing products and channels, and will prioritize and align the details of cross channel and cross cloud sales opportunities. Along with driving the annual LRP process for Marketing Cloud, they will manage team development planning and budget management across the product management organization, and will work with multiple partners to deliver a common product planning model, roadmap curation and communications. This is a unique opportunity to develop cross-functional and cross-product expertise in a major business within Salesforce, while getting exposure to a variety of high priority products and market expansion initiatives. This role will join the Marketing Cloud COO staff as a peer to leaders driving transformation, go to market, and external event programs.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in program and product management, with demonstrated success in applying simple to advanced techniques to solve real-world problems.
Established track record of building and leading high-performing collaborative culture, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
In-depth understanding of common product planning techniques and tracking delivery and change metrics
Proven experience designing and implementing sustainable reporting methods, continuously improving based on need
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear and actionable insights for diverse audiences (business to technical).
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on innovation and anticipating what others in Marketing Cloud leadership will need to know
Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of SaaS business processes and industry trends
