Key Responsibilities
The Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers. You will:

  • Supports smaller accounts or territories
  • Takes guidance from senior professionals and lower level managers
  • Interfaces directly with customers, providing solutions, developing new business and maintaining a positive ongoing relationship
  • Learns to articulate how our business model relates to selling products and services Understands
  • Go to Market strategy and value proposition
  • Resolve basic issues/concerns, escalates others


Essential Requirements

  • Customer oriented
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations and project management
  • Basic knowledge of planning
  • Basic knowledge of company products and services
  • Basic oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and no related experience in relationship selling·
  • Typically requires 0+ years of field sales experience and is considered a trainee
