Job Description: 
Position: Manager -Automation/Self-service
Business -Future of X 
Location: Bangalore
 
Highly accomplished and results-driven professional with 15+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing innovative self-service and automation solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize product development processes, and drive significant improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and user experience.

Strong team management skills with a focus on clear communication, motivation, and conflict resolution. Passionate about leveraging AI to transform PLM and empower organizations through intelligent automation.

Role and Responsibilities

This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Customer/stakeholder focus:

Strong customer focus and a passion to develop and lead teams.

Facilitate and own communication among internal and external stakeholders.

Drive and co-ordinate among technical resources for faster restoration of services, resolution and root cause analysis.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed. 

People focus:

Hire, Train and develop team to deliver business outcomes.

Demonstrate strong people management skills.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Ability to work with cross functional groups to deliver results.

Resolve conflicts and address team issues promptly and effectively.

Staffing and capacity planning.

Business Focus:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for AI and automation within the support & services functions, aligning with overall business objectives.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve product development processes, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.

Ensure all AI and automation initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as needed.

Skills:
Knowledge about AI and traditional ML models – architecture, infrastructure, framework.
Data analytics – models, tools, understanding and interpretation
Strong project management skills
Understanding APIs and modern-stack application technologies is also beneficial

Education & Experience: 
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

15+ years of overall experience; with minimum 7 years of experience as a people manager in the relevant domain.
