Job Description:

The role involves creating and maintaining service project pipelines aligned with sales opportunities, ensuring compliance in PSA data entry, and generating milestone and Time & Material invoices. It also includes monitoring forecast and actual revenue, producing monthly revenue recognition reports, and managing metrics in Salesforce and Kantata.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and run weekly Professional Services resource Utilization against targets within the PSA tool (Kantata and exposure to other PSA tools is desirable) with responsibility for making data-driven staffing and resourcing decisions.
• Create and maintain pipeline services projects and assign resources based on sales opportunities.
• Monitor the PS team’s input into the PSA and ensuring data compliance.
• Create Milestone & T&M (Time & Material) Invoices.
• Monitor weekly and Monthly Forecast Revenue and Actual Revenue.
• Create Monthly Revenue Recognition reports.
• Manage Salesforce and Kantata metrics and dashboards, supporting ad-hoc metric requests as required.
• Create process documentation to support synchrony across the organization.
• Document processes and collaborate cross-functionally on improvements.
• Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures as required.
• Manage customer invoice inquiries in partnership with our Finance team.
• Support our Services Delivery Partner invoicing process.
• Examine the financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Ensure global accuracy of Professional Services financials owning a monthly and quarterly end process.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of operations experience in SaaS environment (preferably supporting a Professional Services organization).
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss.
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
