Our Account Management Team Lead will manage a team a team of direct reports as well as supporting clients. You will be a leader on the Account Management team, and are responsible for leading team meetings, monitoring team performance, and providing daily support to your direct reports. In addition, you will establish strong client relationships, manage a book of websites, and interact with digital marketing clients. In this role, you will discuss the retailer's current performance, review objectives, propose solutions, and help close upsells.

This position is located in Sarasota, FL.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage multiple clients while establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the client’s partnership with the company
  • Oversee new client kick-off meetings which includes understanding client goals, aligning on strategy, determining metrics for measuring success, and building a collaborative relationship with clients
  • Lead monthly client review meetings to discuss metrics and provide recommendations that results in positive client satisfaction
  • Strategically find trends across client accounts to identify opportunities for efficiencies and make improvements to avoid recurring issues
  • Achieve customer retention and sales quotas
  • Make outbound phone calls and conduct webinars with current clients while maintaining an up-to-date CRM for tracking
  • Manage and evaluate direct report’s performance and consistently provide feedback on performance.
  • Plan and execute weekly meetings with team members to provide updates on team initiatives, client health, and sales goals.
  • Increase your team’s performance based on metrics against goals and help your team strategize on how to achieve targets
  • Provide mentorship and training to your staff with a focus on employee development
  • Work closely with Paid Media team to ensure success of client advertising campaigns.
Who You Are:
  • You have 4+ years of experience in the SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) or Social Advertising (Facebook) strategies and experience of measuring the success of such campaigns
  • You have 3+ years in account management or client-facing role with an agency
  • You have 2+ years of effectively managing a team
  • You are that “go-getter” who is focused on results and exceed client expectations
  • You are friendly and enthusiastic who is able to positively develop client relationships while managing client expectations
  • You have excellent communication and personal organization skills, self-motivation, and can work under pressure
  • You work well solo and with others
