Adoption and Change Management

What will your day-to-day look like?
This role will be essential in growing our North America Change Management capabilities and will involve extensive partnership with senior OCM leadership. You will work on a variety of client-facing projects, delivering change management support to drive effective customer transformation.
As a key member of our OCM team, you will play a vital role in fulfilling the SoftwareOne brand vision by providing extraordinary consulting services and ensuring our clients' success in the digital landscape. The role will work remotely but will partner with other members of the OCM community around the globe.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leverage change management principles and frameworks to define and implement an approach to identify a customer’s change management needs and translate those needs into executable change management plans to drive adoption, utilization and proficiency
- Able to adapt change management approaches and frameworks from moderate to sophisticated engagements across customer of varying size, scale, complexity and cultures to design an effective change management approach and resourcing to support engagements
- Knowledge and understanding of change management frameworks that can be applied to customer need
- Assess training needs and develop training programs that drive adoption, proficiency and utilization of new processes, systems and behaviors
