    Position Overview

    Autodesk’s Cyber Threat Management & Response team is seeking a collaborative security leader with experience in security logging and SOAR and SIEM tooling.  You will lead a global team responsible for providing and managing security logs for internal customers and managing internal SIEM and SOAR platforms.  This role is critical to our success, requiring partnership across our Product teams, Compliance, Legal, and Human Resources.

    This position offers flexibility of hybrid working from our offices in Krakow, Poland, whilst collaborating with a globally dispersed team.

    Responsibilities 

    • Manage all facets of a global team 
    • Assist with the development of processes and procedures to optimize security logging and improve SIEM and SOAR operations
    • Effectively communicate security concepts with both technical and non-technical individuals
    • Mentor and provide career development of threat and response staff 
    • Develop and deliver long term roadmap strategies 
    • Research industry trends, identify ongoing security threats, analyze new security testing tools, and provide recommendations on the need and usefulness of services and/or products 

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
    • 5 years of security operations experience (monitoring, detection, incident response, forensics), security architecture, or engineering 
    • 4 years of leadership experience (Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Management)
    • Excellent written and verbal communications, including storytelling skills, are important to be successful in this role 
    • Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, as well as with external parties 
    • Experience in managing and using SOAR, SIEM platform
    • Strong proficiency in logging, threat data engineering and analysis
