    We’re looking for a Communications Operations Associate to join Team Snap! As part of the International Communications team working from our offices in London, you will spearhead key initiatives and programmes designed to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

    What you’ll do:

    • Support fiscal budget planning and ongoing management, working closely with the team based in London, regional market leads and our finance department to oversee purchase orders, invoicing and implement an effective reconciliation process

    • Maintain an activity calendar for international markets and be responsible for timely updates

    • Manage the shared drive and facilitate efficient and action oriented team calls

    • Manage the onboarding process for new agencies, including confirming SOW, finalising contracts, and liaising with Snap and agency Legal teams, as appropriate

    • Identify best practices and proactively propose solutions for process improvements

    • Assist in implementing ROI measurement and reporting for activities across the agency network

    • Manage and maintain international subscriptions, third party service agreements and logins

    • Act as a project manager for initiatives including logistics for owned events, press events and press trips liaising with internal functions or third party suppliers to finalise arrangements and reconcile budget

    Minimum qualifications:

    • 4+ years of relevant work experience 

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to drive activities to completion through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

    • Excellent communicator who can build relationships with cross functional teams and external stakeholders 

    • Strong written communication skills

    • Ability to proactively identify business challenges, propose diagnostic approaches and to follow through with analyses, insights and recommendations to decision makers

    • Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious
