What will you do


Oversees and coordinates the activities in a production area to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives while setting and/or prioritizing production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply. Implements production and large-scale manufacturing procedures in a production environment in order to optimize processes and meet regulatory requirements. May review existing operational and process discrepancies in manufacturing and provide technical expertise to improve procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA and COFEPRIS standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate production activities through group leaders, ensuring workflow continuity and project fulfillment in terms of quality and quantity.
  • Monitor and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
  • Manage timecards, time-off requests, and payroll adjustments for employees.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate job performance while coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Promote employee engagement and lead impact planning activities to achieve business goals.
  • Train and develop personnel within the assigned area, ensuring compliance with EHS procedures and risk mitigation.
  • Analyze production programs, estimate manpower requirements, and resolve personnel issues.
  • Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement Projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between management, support teams, and manufacturing associates, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

What you need

  • 4+ years related manufacturing environment experience
  • Engineering or related Professional Degree
  • Experience in the implementation of Production Programs and Supervising Personnel
  • Advanced English
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Power Point), Internet browsers and Email Software
  • Good leadership, communication, organization, proactivity and attention to detail skills
  • Availability to work in the 4th shift (night/weekends) and to rotate shifts
