We are hiring a Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the portfolio and execution of the marketing strategies for Avery Dennison's filmic label business within the Labels and Packaging Materials Segment, implementing internal and external activities in order to maximize sales growth and profit contribution.

Portfolio Management

- Support product and strategy development plans, incl. competitive positioning, product development direction, pricing guidelines and profitability targets

- Lead product development projects and coordinate cross-functional teams

- Contribute to define and drive short and mid-term product plans and longer term product roadmaps

- Lead the portfolio to reach our 2030 sustainability goals

Lead product launches with communication and training

- Support to develop and conduct product training for internal and external customers and end-users

- Ensure that products under development meet market needs and fulfill company objectives

- Initiate and manage communication and promotion campaigns (i.e. product/segments literature, trade shows, brochures, PR in magazines, internal/external newsletters, sales actions, swatches, etc.) in collaboration with the communications team

Business Analyses and market insights

- Identify, define, select and prioritize market opportunities, market research, building market intelligence data

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, end-users, and the broader ecosystem to drive cross-industry collaborations and projects

- Strong customer focus and orientation that has to be translated by regular visit in the ecosystem

- Excellent organizational, and project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner

- Experience with product development,  product commercialization, portfolio management - is welcomed

- Experience on Business Development would be a plus

- Strong teamwork and relationship building skills

- Affinity with digital tools and applications

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor’s Degree
