Responsibilities
- Develop and manage bid strategies for the Belgium and Luxembourg markets.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to determine bid requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor and strictly adhere to planning schedules to ensure timely submission of bids.
- Provide exceptionally clear and accurate written responses to RFPs in both Dutch and French.
- Edit and refine bid documents to ensure a flawless presentation.
- Maintain a clear overview of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring all collaborators are informed and aligned.
- Find opportunities and implement solutions to improve the bid process and outcomes.
- Work with various teams to gather necessary information and insights for each bid.
- Stay cool under pressure and manage high workloads effectively.
