Analyze sales data to find opportunities and support strategic decisions for our B2B business in Central and Eastern Europe. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to boost sales performance.

What you’ll do
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for growth.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards that provide clear insights for sales teams and leadership.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and budgeting.
  • Research the market to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the CEE region.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and important metrics, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key teams (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
  • Track marketing campaign performance to assess conversion rates and return on investment.
  • Monitor CoSell activities, tracking and reporting on collaboration with vendors and the Alliances Team.
