We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of global corporate tax compliance as well as assisting with VAT/GST, and other indirect taxes as needed for APAC, Canada, and Europe. This role will involve working closely with various departments within the organization to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a variety of tax assignments, requiring knowledge of principles and techniques commonly employed, e.g. coordinating and providing financial and operating information for compilation of tax returns.
Coordinate the completion, in collaboration with our outsourcing partner, of CIT/VAT and various tax returns by required deadlines. Perform the necessary data quality checks before sending information to external parties. Ensure internal control framework is in place.
Support the preparation and review CIT/VAT audits and CIT/VAT accruals by required deadlines of entities of the group in different countries.
Support the accounting team during the month-end financial closing cycle for all tax related topics
Provide guidance to the finance, accounting, and operational teams on compliance requirements and applicable tax criteria
Monitor compliance training sessions and discussions to ensure internal staff is educated on tax laws, processes, and guidelines
Maintain the company’s tax data, update tax rates, and correct data errors to ensure tax filings are accurately processed
Support and improve internal tax audit capabilities to identify tax exposures and compliance risks before external audits take place
Prepare and carry out initial investigations into tax issues
Prepare reports and studies for management
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance within the corporate tax function.
Stay up to date with changes in corporate income tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
Maintain and update the corporate income tax calendar and task matrix to ensure all compliance deadlines are met.
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field.
3 to 5 years’ related experience in international tax and accounting.
Intermediate to Advance level of Excel.
Basic accounting knowledge of journal entries and financial statement structure.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communications skills with internal and external customers.
Critical thinking and a high degree of enthusiasm with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and multi-task.

Preferred
Both public accounting and technology industry experience.
International Income tax and VAT knowledge is a plus.
Experience with automation tools and tax technology solutions.
Proficient with tax software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
120 000 and 180 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
