We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team specializing in Service for our Customer Service in Herten, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Create Customer Quotations, Orders, and Returns: Efficiently manage the creation and processing of customer quotations, orders, and returns.
- Support Customer Claim Documentation: Assist in the documentation and processing of customer claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Support Daily Business of Service Organization: Provide essential support to the daily operations of the service organization.
- Accurate Financial Documentation: Prepare and submit documentation for payments to ensure vendors, suppliers, and other third parties are paid accurately and on time, maintaining good relationships.
- Contribute to Business Improvement: Participate in business improvement assignments and projects to contribute to the team's success and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform Routine Administrative Activities: Carry out other routine administrative activities as needed to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting overall organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
- Successfull performed Commercial Apprenticeship.
- MS Office Knowledge.
- ERP expierience (preffered Oracle).
- English and German Language knowledge required.
