Position Overview
Responsible for planning, developing, benchmarking, and managing overall administration of EMEA employee benefits and wellness programs including, but not limited to, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, perks & allowances, time off and leave programs as well as compliance. This role will focus on Ireland, Spain, East & North Europe countries.
Responsibilities
Prepare analysis, cost modelling, presentations and plan design recommendations on EMEA country benefits programs
Manage vendors and renewal/contract process ensuring that benefits are consistent with our global benefits philosophy, market competitive and legally compliant
Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver a best-in-class benefits and experience
Partner with People Service, Payroll and Finance team closely to
Establish and improve benefits administration processes and focus on optimization and scalability through the use of tools, technology and automation
ensure timely premium payments and accuracy of premium calculations, accruals and deductions
Participate in regional or global projects such as M&A due diligence and integration activities
Conduct training and information as needed to improve understanding of our benefits strategy, philosophy and programs
Actively participate in vendor and network meetings, surveys and regularly engage in activities to grow and strengthen network
Participate Benefits surveys in the region, evaluate survey data, services, coverage, and options available to design and deliver programs that best meet the needs of Autodesk and its employees
Analyse and update policies and plans, taking into consideration prevailing practices and trends amongst peers to establish competitive benefits programs against company strategy and rewards philosophy
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of EMEA benefits COE experience with expert knowledge in EMEA benefits practices and market trend, preferably in a role at a high-tech multinational company with experience in East and North Europe
Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking skills, able to present data and recommendations in an easy to understand, organized and logical manner
Ability to influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate (both verbal and written) with stakeholders of various levels
Strong program and vendor management experience
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive for results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Willingness to embrace change, self-motivated and proactive learner
Good experience with an HRIS such as Workday and online benefits enrolment portals such as Darwin.
Excellent computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in English, both oral and written
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
The ideal Candidate:
Ability to manage, build and develop relationships with consultants, brokers, vendors and cross functional teams such as People Services and Consultants, Legal, Payroll, Procurement, and others
Great knowledge in EMEA benefits market practices and local process
Openness to driving change and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
