    Position Overview

    As a Workforce Planning Analyst at Autodesk, you will work within Autodesk’s Customer Technical Success (CTS) organization. You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and leading transformative change. You will excel in workforce analytics, process automation, and strategic planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

    In this role, you will generate and optimize schedules, lead process enhancements, implement automation, and drive data-driven decision-making. Your ability to leverage analytics and Workforce Management (WFM) technology will be key to improving operational efficiency and achieving service level goals. As a key player in workforce transformation, you will lead change initiatives, influence leadership decisions, and create scalable workforce strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead process improvements and automation efforts to enhance workforce management efficiency. Develop and implement scheduling strategies to balance operational efficiency with service level attainment
    • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization. Optimize staffing models by leveraging data analytics and forecasting techniques to minimize SLA risks. Conduct forecasting and trend analysis to ensure data-driven decisions align with future business needs
    • Help build and enhance reporting solutions, leveraging Power BI, Excel automation, and other analytics tools. Deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting, enabling leadership to make informed decisions. Develop predictive analytics models to support long-term workforce planning
    • Work with WFM software (e.g., Calabrio, Verint, IEX, Aspect) to ensure data accuracy and optimal performance. Stay up to date with current technologies in forecasting and implement best practices to enhance workforce planning accuracy
    • Provide recommendations on headcount planning and workforce allocation. Collaborate with leadership to drive WFM initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead WFM transformation projects, ensuring seamless implementation of new tools and methodologies

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience in WFM platforms (e.g., Calabrio, Verint, IEX, Aspect) with experience in system administration or configuration
    • Proficient in Excel and Power BI, including data modeling, automation, and visualization
    • Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools (preferred but not required)
    • Ability to drive process improvements and implement automation in workforce planning
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead change
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience in forecasting and trend analysis, with the ability to leverage modern forecasting technologies
